30 days from the delivery date.

Requests submitted after 30 days may not be eligible for a refund.


2. Eligible Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be in original condition
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following may not be eligible for return:

  • Used pet bedding
  • Used blankets
  • Used pet accessories
  • Personalized/customized products
  • Clearance items

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within: 7 days after delivery

Include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of packaging

We will review the claim and may offer:

  • Replacement
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund

at our discretion.


5. Lost Packages

If tracking indicates that a package has been lost in transit, we may provide:

  • A replacement shipment
    or
  • A full refund

after investigation with the carrier.


6. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


7. Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

8. Order Cancellation

After processing has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.


9. Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery without prior authorization:
